Order process

Customer orders
Customer sends order by WhatsApp/call from marketplace, package page, or service page.
Seller confirms
Seller confirms availability, final price, location, and preparation time.
Delivery assigned
Trusted delivery youth receives pickup point, drop-off area, item, and agreed fee.
Order completed
Customer receives item, delivery is confirmed, and feedback/complaints are recorded.

Delivery youth rules

- ✓Return undelivered items to seller/admin.
Payment options
- ✓Cash on delivery: good for small local orders.
- ✓Seller M-Pesa: customer pays seller after confirmation.
- ✓Official platform payment: best for support packages.
- ✓Always confirm item price + delivery fee + service fee first.
